well, if they are trying to win the hearts and minds of the people, they are going about it in a very twisted way.....
To win the hearts and minds of people, the hearts and minds of those people have to be working and alive!
Obviously, war is not about winning the hearts and minds of people. One of the sacrifices we'll make in fighting the Taleban and al-Qaeda is that some innocent people might die. That's what war is... people do die. Whether it is a mistake or not, war is about revenge and some people are going to die.
